The New York Film Academy Athletics Department is committed to supporting a strong academic, professional, and creative environment for our students. As a College of Visual and Performing Arts, we aim for a high level of performance in athletics as well as academia, providing opportunities to enhance camaraderie and team-building skills sets while striving for team and individual achievement.

1. When do the athletic teams play?

2. Do students have to pay in order to join a sports team?
- Although there is no registration fee, students are required to pay a $40 uniform deposit fee in order to join the team.
- Kendo has a fee of $125 per semester.
3. In what leagues do the sports team participate?
- Multiple sports teams compete within the Burbank Adult Sports Leagues and the Los Angeles Municipal Sports League.
4. Where do the sports teams practice and play?
- All athletic teams practice and compete at various locations within Burbank and the surrounding Los Angeles area, including Glendale, North Hollywood, and Studio City.
