How To Reset Password

NOTE: You must have a previously registered Student Hub account before following these steps. Please visit http://hub.nyfa.edu/register. Instructions can be found at http://hub.nyfa.edu/guides/registration.

 

STEP ONE

Click 'Login' at the top of the page.

 

 

STEP TWO

Click 'Request new password'.

 

 

STEP THREE

Enter your nyfa.edu email address. Click 'E-mail New Password'.

 

STEP FOUR

An email will be sent to your NYFA email address from support@nyfa.edu. Please check your spam filter if you do not receive one within 5 minutes. After opening the email, click or copy and paste the link to automatically activate and log in to your account. This link will only work once. You will have to use your NYFA email address and password to access the Student Hub in the future.

 

STEP FIVE

The link will open a new window. Click 'Log In'.

 

STEP SIX

Enter a new password and re-type it in the 'Confirm Password' field.

Click 'Save' at the bottom of the page.

 

You have successfully changed your password. This will be the new password for your Student Hub account.
