NYFA & SEXUAL RESPECT
New York Film Academy (NYFA) is committed to creating and maintaining a learning, living, and working environment free of sexual and interpersonal violence, where healthy, respectful, and consensual conduct represents the campus cultural norm.
NYFA’s Sexual Misconduct establishes a standard of zero tolerance for sexual misconduct in all its forms. NYFA will promptly respond in a fair and impartial manner to all allegations of sexual misconduct, provide assistance and support to those affected, and take appropriate disciplinary action upon finding a violation.
NYFA encourages the campus community to report all incidents of sexual misconduct to the institution. The Campus Director or their designee is available to address any concerns, answer questions about this Policy, or receive a complaint of sexual misconduct.
To file a Formal Complaint, a Complainant must provide the Campus Director a written, signed complaint describing the facts alleged.
