NYFA Acting Department: Open Call for Student Directed Play Submissions

The Acting Department is very pleased to announce a call for submissions for next semester's Student Directed Play Series! DEADLINE: Friday, November 30th by 12pm If you are interested in directing your own student production please follow the guidelines below:
- Submit either an original or previously written piece of any length (one-act or full-length)
- Submit a brief statement of purpose as to why you would like to direct this particular piece
- Submit a brief statement of the production elements required including number of actors, crew and all production elements (set, costumes, lighting)
- Students' projects that are selected for consideration will have a "pitch session" with a NYFA Project Committee to determine which projects will be chosen
