Kabir Akhtar is an Emmy-winning editor and director. His editing work includes Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, New Girl, and Arrested Development. His directing work includes Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, Grown-ish, and a segment of the 84th Academy Awards. Ten of the pilots he has edited have been made into series.
He recently completed a two-year term as Co-Chair of the DGA's Asian-American Committee, and a four-year term on the Television Academy's Editors' Peer Group Executive Committee.
