How To Pay Your Billing Invoice

One method to pay a billing invoice is through the NYFA Student Hub using a credit card. *Please note a convenience fee of 3.10% will be added if paying by American Express. A convenience fee of 2.65% will be added for any other credit cards. The convenience fee will not be charged for application fees.* Only registered current student accounts may pay through this method.

 

STEP ONE

Log in to the Student hub. If you do not have an account, register for an account here. If you need help registering, follow this guide.

 

STEP TWO

Click 'Billing Invoice' in the usermenu on the frontpage.

 

STEP THREE

Select the semester to view and click 'Submit'. Note: Not all semesters are available for viewing.

 

STEP FOUR

Look over the invoice and ensure the details are correct. Click 'Pay Invoice' at the top of the invoice. If there is no 'Pay Invoice' button at the top of the page, no payment is required.

 

STEP FIVE

If you are paying a partial payment, you may change the amount under 'Payment Amount'. Otherwise the full amount from the billing invoice will appear under 'Payment Amount'. Click 'Proceed to Payment'.

 

STEP SIX

Click 'Checkout'.

 

STEP SEVEN

Fill out billing information and credit card information*Please note a convenience fee of 3.10% will be added if paying by American Express. A convenience fee of 2.65% will be added for any other credit cards. The convenience fee will not be charged for application fees.*

 

STEP EIGHT

Click 'Submit Payment' after you have entered the billing and credit card information and ensured all the information is correct. This will submit your payment to the bursar for processing. Please allow 3-4 business days for your payment to be successfully processed.
