Join Us for the NYFA Performance Troupes' Eaton Fire Benefit

Event Date:

Apr 26, 2025 07:30 PM to 09:30 PM PDT

Campus:

Los Angeles

Location:

THE VICTORY THEATRE CENTER IN BURBANK

In January, the Los Angeles community was hit by devastating wildfires. This natural disaster was one of the most destructive in California history. The Eaton Fire ravaged our neighbors to the east, Altadena, and parts of Pasadena. Those communities lost an estimated 7000 homes, businesses, and schools.

In response to this tragedy, NYFA’s Dance, Glee, Improv, and Commedia dell’Arte troupes will showcase their talents to benefit families affected by the fire. The price of admission is to bring a much needed item to donate to Union Station’s special Eaton Fire division.

Union Station Homeless Services (USHS) has been in the San Gabriel Valley for over 50 years providing residences for unhoused individuals and families. In response to the fire devastation in the “Dena” communities, USHS established the Eaton Fire Housing Assistance Program for community members who were directly impacted by the Eaton Fire. Not only do these folks need housing assistance, but they also need everyday items like kitchen cleaning materials, laundry goods, sheets, towels, etc.

 That’s how WE can help!

A very special thank you to Colonel Jack Jacobs and the 10ARTS Foundation’s contribution to help make this initiative a reality. In addition, we thank Maria Gobetti for graciously hosting our second community event in her award-winning Victory Theatre in Burbank.
