NOTE: Only registered current student accounts have access to the 'My Schedule' page.
By logging into the hub and saving your schedule settings, you can have a personalized schedule saved to your account. Just visit the 'My Schedule' page instead of choosing the type and program of your schedule each time you visit.
STEP ONE
Log in to the Student hub. If you do not have an account, register for an account here. If you need help registering, follow this guide.
STEP TWO
Go to 'Boards' and select 'Los Angeles'.
STEP THREE
Click 'Schedule Settings'.
STEP FOUR
Under 'Type', click the drop-down menu and choose the type of your schedule. Under 'Program', click the drop-down menu and choose the program of your schedule. In this guide, Acting and Fall 14 AFA A were selected.
STEP FIVE
If you wish to receive email notifications to your NYFA email address when your schedule has changed during the week, make sure 'Receive email notifications when schedule is changed' is checked.
STEP SIX
Click 'Submit' to save your settings.
STEP SEVEN
Your personalized schedule will be displayed under the 'My Schedule' page. If your schedule looks incorrect, please check your settings on the 'Schedule Settings' page. Please be advised that class details may change throughout the week and regularly checking the schedule is suggested. If any details have changed, they will be highlighted in orange.
