Charge of NYFA’s Strategic Planning Committee
Under the direction of President Michael Young, a cross-campus Strategic Planning Committee (SPC) is working diligently to gather information and to set the goals and objectives for NYFA for the next five years. The SPC is identifying NYFA’s Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) within major areas of the institution. The SWOT process includes data gathering and analysis in order to arrive at evidence-informed decision-making, which will be included in the 2023 - 2028 NYFA Strategic Plan.
